2020-21 Winter Hiking Schedule
More than anything else, we want our hikes to be enjoyable and safe for everyone who participates. All SATC group hikes are rated by the group leader as to their level of difficulty. If you are new to hiking, or if you are a bit out of shape, we suggest that you start slowly, and at first only sign up for the hikes that are rated as “Leisurely” or “Average” in terms of Pace, and Terrains designated as “Paved” or “Easy”. It would also be helpful to invest in a sturdy pair of hiking boots and to get your doctor's advice before hiking if you are pregnant or have any health problems, such as heart disease or diabetes.

****Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, our participation on hikes are limited due to parking lot size and group size that has been mandated as safe. Therefore, currently our hikes are for current SATC members. When restrictions on number of participants have been lifted, we will again make all of our hikes available to members as well as non-members. Thank you for your understanding. SATC members will see hikes scheduled for October and November published on Mondays in the club's Trail Mail.
